“EVERY ABOKI MAN WITH HIM OWN KETTLE" (LETTER FROM THE OUTDOORSTRY TO THE INDUSTRY) _DaProf Beat Writes

A week full of controversy in our Port Harcourt Entertainment Industry following criticisms made against Loxxy's “Ole” single, below is what Port Harcourt based Artist had to say through his letter to the industry;

EVERY ABOKI MAN WITH HIM OWN KETTLE... (LETTER FROM THE OUTDOORSTRY TO THE INDUSTRY).

I have not woken up to any morning to see Phyno criticize or undermine Olamide's creative efforts on any of his songs, vice versa ; apparently, they may not like all of their songs, but rather than taking ill feelings to the internet just to bring the other down, they go all out sharing, retweeting & using d artwork as dp; but that's not d case with most industry players in Port Harcourt.

I say this unapologetically, that there's a wide discrepancy between constructive criticism and disdain. If we fail to build ourselves up, then there will absolutely be no industry for us here. Fans should be the ones lashing artistes for underperformance & that will be fair; just like a fan lashed Small Doctor recently & his reply was rather so polite & no artiste or industry player said anything,(because all man for him own lane).

If you can't help someone up, pls, don't contribute in bringing them down because "if I tell u say e easy na set up (in 2baba's voice)". This music is a game of numbers. Do a song for the majority & you have a hit. Rims & runs don't always pay.
